For nearly 3 ½ years I have been suffering from disc herniations. Doctors ruled it borderline for surgery and opted to do pain management—pretty much for the rest of my life. Before I met Dr. Stapel I was laying on my floor, the couch, the recliner. I just couldn’t get comfortable no matter what position I was in. I tried going to yoga classes.
